Klimatise’s founders
Vic and Mehul founded Klimatise in 2024. Mehul is the commercial brains, and Vic is the scientific brawn. They met through a founder matching accelerator, where they knew they had found the right co-founder in one another.
Together, they make an unbeatable team – dedicated to their mission of reducing the emissions of 10,000 buildings by 2030.
We both love a chat, so get in touch to speak with either of us.

Mehul Oswal
Co-founder, CEO
Mehul brings the commercial expertise. He has led various commercial and product management roles in the past decade at a fast-growing software company.
He founded a B2B tech startup in 2021, with early customers and traction in the US and UK. He is also an experienced software product manager bridging the gap between clients and software developers. He is an Aerospace engineer by training (SRM University, MIT and Stanford) and has been in the software & technology space for the past decade.

Vic Tink
Co-founder, CTO
Vic is a deep specialist in decarbonising buildings and thermal comfort. She has been a researcher working to tackle climate change for over a decade and is a visiting professor in building science at Loughborough University.
She is well connected in the building decarbonisation and construction industry. She loves a fast paced and creative working environment, building and testing ideas constantly.
