Our software helps landlords and building managers reduce their emissions from their heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) systems while enhancing occupant thermal comfort.

We are seeking a self-starter with software development and building automation expertise to join our founding team and drive the direction of our product development.
Your role:
- You will lead strategies for automation system integration and optimisation
- You will create software logic for building energy management, including temperature control and scheduling (i.e., programming temperature settings for different times of day).
- You will collaborate across the workstreams to understand and meet project requirements
- You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for building automation issues.
- You will continuously update and maintain system documentation and records.
Your skills:
- An in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Niagara N4 software, Niagara API services
- Ideal, though not required, have full stack development experience

📍Location
We are a hybrid company who meet 3 days/week at a co-working space in Euston, London. While we are building our small team in-person working is a requirement of the role, but we are flexible on the details to suit your personal circumstances.
- There will be some travel around the UK.
- You must have a legal right to work in the UK
- Able to start from January 2025
