Our software helps landlords and building managers reduce their emissions from their heating, ventilation & air conditioning (HVAC) systems while enhancing occupant thermal comfort.

📈The Opportunity

Join the current co-founders in tackling this exciting challenge and have a significant positive impact on the environment. 

We are seeking a self-starter with software development and building automation expertise to join our founding team and drive the direction of our product development. 

Your role:

• You will lead strategies for automation system integration and optimisation
• You will create software logic for building energy management, including temperature control and scheduling (i.e., programming temperature settings for different times of day).
• You will collaborate across the workstreams  to understand and meet project requirements
• You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for building automation issues.
• You will continuously update and maintain system documentation and records.

Your skills: 

• An in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Building Management Systems (BMS), Niagara N4 software, Niagara API services
• Ideal, though not required, have full stack development experience

📍Location 

We are a hybrid company who meet 3 days/week at a co-working space in Euston, London. While we are building our small team in-person working is a requirement of the role, but we are flexible on the details to suit your personal circumstances.

• There will be some travel around the UK.

• You must have a legal right to work in the UK
• Able to start from January 2025
